On the phone or computer you made it on, the bar at the top of this site takes you straight back to it. Anywhere else, open the private edit link in the email we sent when your page went live. If you can't find that email, use Find my page and we'll send you a new link.

It comes from hello@send.saveourdate.app, so check your spam or promotions folder for that address. If it isn't there, use Find my page to send a new one. If that doesn't arrive either, the email address may have a typo in it: see the next question.

Your edit link went to that address, so it won't reach you. If this browser still shows your save the date in the bar at the top of this site, you can carry on editing as normal. To change the address, email us from the one you want to use, with your page's address and the last four digits of the card you paid with, and we'll update it.

Deleting a page removes it straight away, and we can't bring it back. Its address is free again, so you can make the page again at the same address, as long as nobody else has taken it in the meantime. If it happened soon after you paid, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Once your page is live, its link can't be changed, because your guests may already have it. If you haven't sent it to anyone yet, email us with the link you have and the one you want, and we'll change it as long as the new one is free. If you've already sent it, keep it: you can still change the names, date and design whenever you like.

Yes. Change anything on your edit page and save. Guests see the new version on the link they already have, so there's nothing to send again.

Open your edit page and choose Sign out other edit links. Every other link and browser is signed out straight away, and we email you a new link.

Check they have the exact address, hyphens included. Pages come down within 30 days after the date, or straight away if they're deleted. If the address is right and your page should still be up, email us.

Your page goes live the moment you pay, so the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply. If something's wrong with it, tell us: we'll fix it, and if we can't, we'll refund you. The Terms have the details.
